Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE; DealPORT will never charge a restocking fee! On most items, DealPORT offers an exclusive 30 day exchange/refund policy.
All exchanged or returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or packaging. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
The serial number of your return must match the serial number that was shipped to you. Serial numbers that do not match will be returned.
Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Undeliverable or refused shipments will incur a fee of $10.
Following are exceptions to our standard 30 day return policy:
Cell Phones - 15 days
Software - No returns
Closeouts, used, and refurbished items - No returns
If a refund is requested within the allotted time frame, we will refund your account for the current selling price, if lower.
We apologize that due to current market trends, we will only be able to honor a price drop before an order has been shipped.
Select items may not be able to be gift-wrapped. You will be notified by email if we are unable to wrap your gift.
